13 Lotus Collections Above S$200,000 That You Should Own

Lotus on Water 13th anniversary is here, so "13" is the magical number. Lotus on Water is built on standards and amazing taste. So here's 13 Lotus collections that are above S$200,000 that you should aim to own.

1. "Into Dreams of Celebrations 进入庆乡" -- Master Yun's early painting featured on La Cuvée

In terms of art history, this painting has significant value. It is one of Master Yun's very early attempts in using layers of real gold and silver, and luminous paints. Master Yun's later works evolved from here.

Plus, it is the chosen one featured on Laurent-Perrier's La Cuvée label.

Price: S$326,868

2. 108 full-sinking agarwood beads, 8mm

Strictly speaking, this is only above 200k SGD after GST. But the 108 full-sinking agarwood beads (8mm) is a priceless, powerful and rare artifact. Nearly the best you can buy in the agarwood category, nearly the highest form of yang energy.

In the 13 years of Lotus on Water history, we have had less than 13 strings. Now, only 2 strings are still available.

Master Yun wears 2 strings of 108 full-sinking agarwood beads. And he shares why you should do so too.

Price: S$198,868

3. "Peacocks of Royal Prosperity 皇发孔雀" -- Duo-peacock, tri-crystal mountain

You can find peacocks on Master Yun's fengshui paintings. Peacocks represent prosperity and elegance. You can also find peacocks on some Lotus crystal mountains. Like this one: two peacocks, carved on the natural combination of clear quartz, smoky quartz and citrine.

And you are right, there's golden rutile growing in the mountain. Just look at how prosperous this is.

Price: S$286,868

4. Thousand Hands Guan Yin crystal, series

We all know the affinity between Master Yun and the Thousand Hands Guan Yin. Other than the auspicious jadeite and sandalwood Thousand Hands Guan Yin pendants, Lotus on Water also has some (but limited) crystal versions.

Each artifact held by Guan Yin represents one form of prosperity and blessing. Know what you are looking for, and see which crystal Thousand Hands Guan Yin suits you better.

Price: S$238,868 onwards

5. Lotus Heaven and Earth jadeite ring

Yes, you can own a Heaven and Earth jadeite ring from 30k SGD onwards. You also have the chance to own one that is more than 200k SGD -- the jadeite cabochon hugely determines the price and power.

If you choose one that is high in quality and clarity, and of a considerable size (carat), then congratulations, you have yourself a most magnificent wealth-prospering Lotus Ring.

Price: depending on choice of jadeite cabochon

6. Master Yun's eagle painting series

Master Yun paints peacocks. Master Yun also paints eagles, but rarely. In the first series of Master Yun's fengshui paintings (the ION series), there were 3 eagle paintings. Eagle means to soar, to be heroic, to be victorious.

If you are a collector of Master Yun's art, then the rare eagle is a series that you should own.

Price: S$686,868

Of course, Lotus on Water houses some of the best jadeite of our times. For the next 5 collections, we look at a selected exquisite jadeite from each element.

7. "禄业青果 Rising Career, Prosperous Harvest" -- FIRE

If you find this piece of "spring brings colors (wealth) 春带彩" familiar, you might have seen it featured on International Gems Society (IGS)'s "Jade Buying Guide".

Luxurious lavender jadeite carved as a heavenly peach, with mouth-watering green jadeite as the stalk and stem. Truly an exquisite piece made in heavens, manifested by human will.

Price: S$363,868

8. "大业游龙红翡冰心 Grand Empire with Young Dragon, red jadeite in ice quality" -- EARTH

Another duo-color/element exquisite piece, featured on some very old publications (the other pieces are sold).

Common question: is this stick-on?

NO! One piece, the reddish jadeite is carved as a thick leaf, with a yellowish jadeite young dragon on it. It means a large empire, and with much more room to expand.

Price: S$383,868

9. "龙吐珠 Dragon Offering Pearl" -- METAL

Dragons are a favorite. And if you can use the METAL element, this is your best dragon. It resembles a meandering river, the cradle of life and civilizations, with the sun represented by a pearl on the very top.

Price: S$238,638

10. "水月宝瓶观世音
Guan Yin Guardian Contemplating Moon in Waters" -- WATER

Blue is the rarest color for jadeite. Fortunately for you, Lotus on Water starts from the source and has harvested exquisite blue jadeite pieces all these years. Like this blue jadeite Guan Yin.

Aptly carved as the Guan Yin with the moon over the waters (水月观音), the specks of inclusions are like stars of the universe -- while you cannot own the universe, you now have the access to its blessings.

Price: S$268,868

11. "寿而喜,帝皇翠 Happiness and Longevity, imperial jadeite" -- WOOD

The epitome of green jadeite is imperial jadeite. It has to be wholly green and of the glass quality. There are various pieces of imperial jadeite in the Lotus VIP gallery, here's one that's just slightly above 200k SGD.

What's so significant about peaches? Why are so many exquisite jadeite carved as peaches? Better speak to your Lotus advisor for the answer. And if you can use the WOOD element, this imperial jadeite peach is the one for you.

Price: S$238,688

12. "Golden Blooms from Vermilion Mind 丹生万金" -- Fengshui painting, crane

Yes, Master Yun also paints cranes. The significance of this particular crane painting, is that it is one of the five chosen to be featured on Lotus on Water red packets.

The others are either sold or are on the Europe trip. The crane painting is still in the Lotus gallery.

Crane means status and longevity. Having wealth is important. Having the longevity to enjoy it, that is also important.

Price: S$326,868

13. Qinan 奇楠

The crème de la crème of agarwood. 108 full-sinking agarwood beads is powerful, you should have it. You should have the Qinan.

Now, Qinan is too rare to be carved into a string of beads. Its power is concentrated in a pendant. And take note: not everyone can buy Qinan. Master Yun must decide whether the person has affinity, or not.

Price: S$338,868 (most expensive piece available; current available begins from S$108,868)

So, which do you have? Which are you going to own?
