Master Yun on Qinan 奇楠 PART 2: What Would You Do With S$300,000?

Because of social distancing and exclusivity of Qinan 奇楠 anyway, we had 2 small sessions over the weekend.

Master Yun spoke briefly on both sessions. Read about what he said during the first session: https://bit.ly/3bCoOra / https://bit.ly/2JoJB5d

Master Yun shared something different on Sunday.

Master Yun said, the number S$300,000 kept popping up to him recently. Just the day before, he saw a blessed client posted about our S$338k Purple Qinan 紫奇楠.

And just recently too, Master Yun met up with an long-time friend. They have known each other for more than 15 years. He invited Master Yun over to his HDB.

And so they caught up, chit-chatted. The friend told Master Yun that he paid about S$300k for his HDB flat. He was puzzled, how did this long-time friend of his, Master Yun, progressed and prospered so much in 10-15 years?

Master Yun took the topic of S$300k and elaborated.

Quite some years back, Master Yun had the intuition to buy 4 office units in Midview City (just behind the galleries). Each was at about S$400k at that time. Master Yun paid upfront S$300k for them.

When the 4 office units were completed, each of their value increased to S$800k. In short, Master Yun was able to refinance and cash out S$1.2mil.

And all these happened during a most difficult period of Lotus On Water | 云龙子旺财馆. It happened during our battle against VCA.

S$1.2mil could be stashed away, kept in the bank or simply pay off our daily operations. But Master Yun had an intuition. He placed the S$1.2mil to his Marina Bay Residences apartment. The apartment is worth about S$8mil today.

Master Yun said, he also wears the Qinan (of course!), which is probably worth S$300k+. The power of Qinan, he said, is not just for one to make a "neat profit" or "prosper a little bit".

Imagine: from S$300k to S$1.2mil, to S$8mil. This is Master Yun's personal experience with his Qinan.

Master Yun said, it can be very difficult to be successful. Does one need to be intelligent? Yes. Does one need to be hardworking? Yes. Does one need to have good benefactors and connections? Yes.

Does one need to have that edge of good luck? Yes.

And we believe, this is what your Qinan can do for you.
