A Client Who Started with Master Yun's Calligraphy Painting!

What is your first collections from Lotus on Water? Most of the clients would say the jadeite pendants, whether its from the auspicious series or the exquisite ones.  For some of the clients, its the heaven and earth jadeite rings.

There is one particular client who commenced with something very different. Instead of a jadeite pendant or a ring,  this client started with Master Yun's calligraphy painting for her house!

In 2021, Cherie accompanied her good friend, a regular client who has been with Lotus on Water for many years, to the galleries to view the newly launched calligraphy paintings. Of all the paintings that were available back then, she was very drawn to a particular  calligraphy painting -- "龍鹤常胜". As she said in her recent interview with Cola on his Facebook Live,  her soul was so attracted by it that she couldn't take her eyes off it! She then told her friend that she wants this  ‘龍鹤常胜’ calligraphy because it has the word ‘dragon’ (龍) and her son was born in the year of dragon.  When she was looking at the painting, she asked Wei Wei (a regular client at Lotus on Water) what is the meaning behind this painting and Wei Wei replied ‘好消息’, "Good News", "Always win"!! She knew at the moment that this calligraphy painting was what she needed at that time. Why?

Here is a summary of Cherie's Story:

Her life was going downhill prior to knowing Lotus on Water -- she was ill, underwent surgery and also having to deal with the woes of a lack of a domestic helper at home to help her with her two children and housework. She was searching for a domestic helper for many months but due to the pandemic, the search proved to be significantly much harder because of the border restrictions in Singapore. For a working mother with two children, we can imagine the stress that Cherie was going through and that was why she needed good news to come her way then. She took the first step (and a very brave one) and bought her first treasure - Master Yun's calligraphy painting. 

At the beginning of September 2021, her calligraphy painting was finally placed at the selected sector of her house and what happened after that? 

Life goes on as usual but things started to fall into place very quickly! 

Someone called her on the 28^th of September, informing her about the immediate availability of a domestic helper! Wow! It was something that she has been waiting for months to happen!  She has indeed received a piece of good news and more to come?

Cherie has also shared her story about positive changes in her son's behavior after she placed the Feng Shui calligraphy painting. Like most pre-teen boys, her son was very playful, couldn't sit still for a moment and only wanted to play games or watch TV all day. Therefore he hasn't paid much attention to his school works. She even received some calls from his teachers informing her of this, giving her some headaches on how to deal with this.

Two months after placing Master Yun's calligraphy painting in the living room where her son usually hangs out, she started to see some behavioral changes in her son. She was very surprised to see him sitting still, quietly doing his homework! Not just that, he even asked her for permission to play his games after completing his homework! She is so amazed by his changes and her son is now happier, no longer impatient or irritable just a couple of months after the placement of the calligraphy painting. Good news did come her way!

So that is an account of how Cherie commenced her journey with Lotus on Water -- with a beautiful piece of calligraphy painting from Master Yun. Cherie's bigger goal is that she wants her family to remain happy and healthy and she thinks that Lotus on Water is a place where she can make her dreams become reality!
