HE WHO DOESN'T BELIEVE IN FATE BUT IN FENG SHUI - Part 1

We all are born into different lives, different families with different backgrounds. And as much as most of us wants to lead a smooth and prosperous life, we cannot deny the fact that at least for the first 10 over years of our lives, we don’t really have the capability to change it except to rely on what our providers can, or even choose, to offer.

That being said -  it doesn’t have stay that way for the rest of our lives.

Mr Moh stumbled into Lotus on Water in 2010, because he doesn’t believe in fate (命). He doesn’t believe we have to succumb to the life given to us. He believes all of us have the ability to change it, maximise each of our potential and live life to its fullest, even when it means we need a little help.  A little help from? Feng shui (风水).

His life at that point was not in any crisis per se, but that was actually the best time to explore in any form of “help”. Rather than to wait till you are at the bottom of the pit, it’s always comforting to know that you are already well equipped with ropes and climbing equipment to make sure you can definitely make your way out. So, he gotten himself a Lotus jadeite pendant, a Lotus mountain, an agarwood pendant and beads over a span of 2 years.

Do you want to know what it feels like, to have all aspects of your life going so well, that you don’t even have the need to think about how can you make it better?

Because after having all his precious items with him, his life went on so well, be it at work or at home, which reminds me of a phrase borrowed from fairy tale endings – living happily ever after.

And this went on for 6 years.

For some of us, we go to the temple to pray for one smooth sailing year during Chinese New Year. For him, he had it on autopilot for 6 years...... but will it stay that way?
