On 3 April 2024, Master Yun International Symposium cum Art Exhibition, themed “Art Education and Dialogue with the World”, was held at the National People’s Congress Conference Centre in Beijing, China. Leaders from Chinese national ministries and commissions, artists from Singapore, ambassadors to China, and guests gathered to join a cultural and artistic feast.

 Mr Hu Zhenmin

Hu Zhenmin, former Deputy Minister of the Central Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of China, former Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Party Group in the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Executive Vice Chairman of the China Cares for the Next Generation Work Committee, attended the symposium and announced its opening. The symposium was hosted by Song Chengjiao of China Central Television (CCTV).

Mr Teng Daoyang

Mr Teng Daoyang, Chairman of the Entrepreneurs Strategic Working Committee of the Private Science and Technology Promoters Association under the Ministry of Science and Technology, Expert Advisor of the Academic Committee of the International Celebrity Culture Research Society of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Honorary Chairman of the Organising Committee of the International Symposium On Master Yun’s Fengshui Art, delivered a welcome speech. He praised Master Yun Long Zi’s works for their deep traditional heritage and distinct contemporary vibe. He highlighted Master Yun’s artistic achievements and passion for Chinese culture, not only setting an example for artists but also contributing to the promotion of Chinese culture globally. Master Yun is considered a guardian and promoter of traditional Chinese culture.

Chinese Singaporean artist, Master Yun Long Zi, gave a brilliant speech. He’s the founder of the “Celebrationism” art style, the first artist invited to exhibit at the Great Wall of China, Honorary President of the International Art and Culture (Singapore) Federation, founder of Singapore’s Lotus on Water Fengshui Gallery, and Chairman of the International Symposium On Master Yun’s Fengshui Art. He thanked the leaders and guests for their attendance, explaining how his works display the aesthetic taste of Chinese calligraphy and incorporate the effects of light, shadow, and colour from Western paintings. He expressed pride not in the uniqueness of his works but in their inclusivity. 

Mr Kan Ying Loong

Mr Kan Ying Loong, Executive Director of Singapore’s Lotus on Water Fengshui Gallery and Vice Chairman of the International Symposium On Master Yun’s Fengshui Art, delivered a keynote speech on “The Impact of Master Yun’s Art in Promoting Chinese Culture Internationally and Its Deep Influence on the People”. He thanked Master Yun for bringing art into people’s lives, resonating with their daily essentials and shopping, and for re-centering art around humanity, awakening the public’s inner nobility, elegance, beauty, positivity, and greatness, and promoting the spirit of Celebrationism as an inspiration for joy.

 Prince Tesso Sisowath

At the symposium, Prince Tesso Sisowath of the Kingdom of Cambodia, director of the Princess Buppha Devi Dance Academy and a representative of the royal ballet cultural heritage in the Kingdom of Cambodia, gave a keynote speech on “The Cultural Bridge Role Played by Master Yun’s Art Internationally Amongst the Nobility”, and conducted a ceremony to present Master Yun with Cambodia’s intangible cultural heritage of the royal ballet.  

Mr Eric Raisina

Eric Raisina, founder of the Eric Raisina Couture House, a renowned international fashion designer, and the pioneer of Cambodian silk fashion, delivered a keynote speech on “The Bridge Between Master Yun’s Art and Fashion Culture”. 

Dr Qu Zequan

Dr Qu Zequan, General Manager of Singapore Mingding International (Group) and chief lecturer at Singapore Mingding International Education and Training Centre, spoke on “The Symbiosis and Mutual Growth of Philosophy, Character, and Calligraphy and Painting: An Insight into Master Yun’s Artistic Style”. They discussed Master Yun’s art and Chinese culture, aristocratic culture, fashion culture, and the symbiosis of philosophy, character, and calligraphy and painting from various perspectives, delving deeply into Master Yun’s calligraphy and paintings. The collision and integration of Eastern and Western cultures were felt, showcasing the unique charm of multicultural interactions, stories of cultural exchange, open cooperation, and the search for common ground amidst cultural differences.

Senior officials, generals, and experts, as well as foreign ambassadors to China who attended the symposium, shared their views on Master Yun’s artworks from various angles, discussing the works’ reflections on the economy, culture, humanities, landscapes, and ecological civilisation, and the historical and contemporary significance contained within. They praised the symposium as a palace of cultural exchange and art appreciation, stirring resonance and encouragement in the art field both domestically and internationally, from technique to artistic concept. They unanimously agreed that cultural exchange serves as a bond to enhance world peace and friendship. By understanding and appreciating the art of different countries, people can establish deeper connections and friendships.

In recent years, China has prioritised the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional Chinese arts and culture. Against the backdrop of globalisation, cultural exchange and integration have brought us new opportunities. Firstly, it has fostered friendly relations and economic cooperation between countries. Cultural exchange and integration also help break down cultural barriers and prejudices, enhancing mutual understanding and respect among different cultures. Secondly, it has provided a broader stage and more possibilities for cultural innovation and development. The successful organisation of International Symposium On Master Yun’s Fengshui Art has stimulated the creativity and imagination of cultural and artistic creators, injecting new vitality into cultural innovation and development.

2024年4月3日，以”艺术教育与世界对话”为主题的云龙子艺术国际研讨会暨云龙子书画展在中国首都北京•人大会议中心举行。中国国家部委的相关领导们与来自新加坡的艺术家们、驻华大使及各位嘉宾共聚一堂，共赴文化艺术盛宴。

中共中央宣传部原副部长、中国文联原党组书记、书记处书记、副主席、中国关心下一代工作委员会常务副主任胡振民出席研讨会并宣布研讨会开幕。中央电视台宋承蛟主持了本次研讨会。

科技部中国民营科技促进会企业家战略工作委员会主席、中国文联中外名人文化研究会学术委员会专家顾问、”云龙子艺术国际研讨会”组委会荣誉主席滕道阳先生致欢迎辞。他赞赏云龙子大师的作品既有着深厚的传统积淀，又有着鲜明的时代气息，他的艺术成就和对中华文化的热爱与传承精神，不仅为艺术家们树立了榜样，也为推动中华文化走向世界贡献了自己的力量，是中华传统文化的守望者和传播者。

新加坡籍华人艺术家、”欢庆主义”画派创始人、首位应邀在中国万里长城展出画作的画家、新加坡（国际）文化艺术联合会名誉主席、新加坡云龙子旺财馆创始人、云龙子艺术国际研讨会主席云龙子先生在会上作了精彩演讲，他感谢参会领导和嘉宾的到来，阐述了他的作品在美学上展现出了中囯书法的美学品味，也运用了西画中光、影与色彩的效果。相比参会嘉宾们盛赞其作品的独特性，他更自豪于他艺术作品的包容性。

简应隆先生

新加坡云龙子旺财馆执行董事、云龙子艺术国际研讨会副主席简应隆先生作了《云龙子艺术在传承中囯文化而发扬至国际的效果，及其深入民心的影响》的主题演讲。他感谢云大师把艺术带到人民的生活之中，感染了他们，与他们的衣、食、购物等产生共鸣。感谢云大师的艺术重新回到人的本位，是为人类而艺术。感谢作品唤醒了民众内心的崇高、高雅、优美、积极、伟大。发扬了欢庆主义精神，是启迪人们欢庆的杰作。

柬埔寨王国天娑·西索瓦王子殿下

在会上，柬埔寨王国亲王、布拜德威公主舞蹈学院总监、柬埔寨王国宫廷芭蕾文化传承代表人、柬埔寨王国天娑·西索瓦王子殿下作了《云龙子艺术在国际上与贵族发挥的文化桥梁作用》主题演讲，并在现场举行了向云龙子大师赠送柬埔寨非物质文化遗产”宫廷芭蕾”仪式。

来自法国的艾力克·莱新纳高级时装馆及工作坊创办人、国际著名时装设计师、柬埔寨丝绸时装化第一人艾力克·莱新纳先生作了《云龙子艺术与时尚文化搭起的桥梁》主题演讲。

新加坡铭鼎国际(集团)总经理、新加坡铭鼎国际教育培训中心首席讲师曲则全博士作了《哲性、风骨与书画的互融共生：管窥云龙子艺术风貌》的主题演讲。他们从不同角度就云龙子艺术与中国文化、贵族文化、时尚文化以及哲性、风骨与书画的互融共生，深度及多维地解析云大师的书画艺术，以及在不同文化背景的碰撞之下，感受到中西文化的碰撞与融合，领略到多元文化碰撞出的独特魅力，文明互鉴、开放合作、多元文化交流碰撞的故事，以及在文化差异中寻找共情，展现各民族艺术在历史的沉淀与融合中形成的多元特质，也坚定了更多海内外朋友的文化自信。

3 Years in A Row, Master Yun Fengshui Calligraphy Painting Exhibtion in Japan!

Master Yun's fengshui calligraphy paintings was exhibited in Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum. Master Yun received  three awards from Japan in three consecutive years 2021, 2022 and 2023. Three years in a row, recognized by elites, art connoisseurs and academicians in Japan! How wonderful is this!

 

In 2021, Master Yun’s 百鹤贺寿 (A Hundred Cranes Celebrating Longevity) was exhibited in Japan, Tokyo. Master Yun received the Honorary Award from Japan.

In 2022, another amazing masterpiece 日月明心 (The Sun and Moon Brightens the Heart) from Master Yun was exhibited in Japan.

Master Yun continued to be awarded for his fengshui calligraphy painting that is getting more and more stunning.

In August 2023, Master yun fengshui calligraphy 凤舞九天 was exhibited. Master Yun won the Special Selection Award 特选奖. It was selected out of tens of thousands to be exhibited, and selected from the thousands exhibited to receive the “Special Selection Award”.

Master Yun received “SPECIAL SELECTION AWARD 特选奖” by Japan’s Sankei International Calligraphy Association. It is an honour to receive the award. 

And famous elities like 晋鸥老师、吴超老师 and many other cultural elites and academics from Japan and China had great admiration for Master Yun fengshui calligraphy. It was even a great honour that we have, from the Japan Chrysanthemum Throne, Her Imperial Highness, The Princess Takamado, who presided over the award giving ceremony.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, established in 1926, is Japan's first public art musuem. It is located in Ueno Park, Tokyo, Japan and supported by a prefectural government. It features colorful thematic exhibitions, as well as special exhibitions that provide encounters with art masterpieces from both Japan and overseas.

Master Jin Ou, President of Japan Chinese Federation of Art Societies, Member of Xiling Seal Art Society commented on Master Yun Long Zi’s fengshui calligraphy.

While 2023 has not ended, Master Yun is invited by Japan to hold his art exhibition on 5 December again. It will be supported by Union of Chinese Residing in Japan. It is definitely an even eye-opening fengshui calligraphy!

Lotus on Water Celebrates CNY 2022:《心运灵光门庭凤，经传宏业天上龙》之日月明心 PART 3

We have read the couplet: 心运灵光门庭凤 经传宏业天上龙

And there’s a 横批, which we can understand as the theme: 日月明心, which literally means our hearts are brightened and inspired, day and night.

 

 

From the Heart Sutra 心经, Master Yun sees the wisdom to which one can break free from our basic senses, and peer into the essence of matter, and acknowledge the core, the truth, the energy, the Qi, in our hearts.

Just like the movie “Lucy”, as Scarlett Johansson taps into more and more of her brainpower, she sees past what her eyes tell her, deeper layers and wider dimensions are opened up. And then, she becomes an omnipresent “superwoman”. 

Or like the discovery of quantum physics, giving us the lens into atomic and subatomic scale and particles, leading us to realize that what we consider as solid actually isn’t, but atoms vibrating slower. In short, energy. 

Which makes Master Yun’s reblessing this time round, with the one-and-only set of Heart Sutra seals, all the more important. 

May the Heart Sutra seals blessings by Master Yun enter your Lotus collections, and allow you to feel and realize the true prosperity of 2022 without distractions.

It should be of no coincidence that Master Yun has been painting series of 日月 calligraphies. From 日月同光, to 日月重光, and 乾坤日月. Why You MUST Collect Master Yun's Fengshui Art, Hear it from: Angeline Chua

You know that many blessed clients have collected Master Yun's fengshui art. Here's a chitchat with them to find out what they chose, why they chose, and what has happened to them since!

Hogan (H): Hi 你好！我是Hogan.

Angeline (A): Hi, 我是Angeline.

H: 哪，今天我们在De La Belle Wellness. Angeline 是这里的其中一位老板。我看到这里有一幅云龙子的风水画，而且还是一副peacock的。你可以跟我们解释这幅painting的名字吗？

A: Ok, 这幅画叫做《富贵飞舞图》，其实就是在大师的第一个画展的时候，我把它给买下来的。那时，我们看了很多幅，每一幅都有看，就感觉这一幅的能量比较强，而且它很特别。你看到什么吗？你感觉它有什么特别？

H: 我觉得最特别的是peacock开屏，开到完。

A: 我买的时候，也是我的朋友说你很少会看到孔雀会真正的开屏。因为在现实生活中，你要它开屏，它就屁股向着你。

H: 对……对……对。

 

A: 但是这一幅呢……孔雀是对着你开屏的。 其实画风也很不错，而且还很特别。就是云大师有很特别独特的风格，那也是我们欣赏的。因为你从来没有见过用真金白银，还有朱砂来作画，然后还有加上荧光效果，所以其实是蛮特别的。所以我买是因为它漂亮美丽，还有就是很 elegant.

 

H: 哪，你知道 Master Yun 采用的那些原料有真金、白银，有 vermilion，还有用香槟 for 那个泼彩嘛，而且他的 painting 还很有层次感。他的 painting 有层次感是因为他用了两个 modern的 painting techniques, 一个是 oil painting，一个是那个layering.

 

H: That's why 你仔细看的话对吗，它还有那个3D的 effect,而且他还有采用了很多其它的 techniques. That's why Master Yun 的 painting 是那么独一无二，你找不到另一幅一模一样的那个 pattern.

A: 因为他的画，画出来的东西，不可能会有一幅一模一样的东西，所以为什么我们选择购买他的画的原因。然后还有呢，它的名称已经是特别的好。

A: 刚才我说这幅 painting 是富贵吉祥，花开富贵，还有呢，它很美，不只我觉得它很美，然后我的客人来到店里的时候，都觉得它很特别，很美。其实，我们有时候开不一样的灯，都可以展现出很美的。

H: 是，Master Yun 的painting其实有三个不一样的effect。一个是在普通灯光下，一个在UV，另外个effect是在after UV.

A: 我觉得这个系列的颜色特别漂亮，很色彩的，色彩缤纷，然后还有就是说......我喜欢的就是它还有牡丹花， 就是它很特别啦......而且这幅画，除了这些以外，它的名字也特别好听，《富贵飞舞图》，富贵吉祥，花开富贵，还有大师也有在这幅画上面上写上云龙子的出水芙蓉祈祷文。

H: 是Lotus Prayer吗？Lotus的祈祷文吧。

A: 因为不是每一幅画都有祈祷文的。当时我买，并没有说它有多少个stamps,这些没有，我纯粹因为是喜欢它的elegance和prosperity. Hogan, 你知不知道当时我是那位第一位买云大师的画的主人。

H: 你是第一个？哇！我今天才知道嘞！你是第一个？

A: 那是在2017年4月27号，第一个晚上......他开幕的那一个晚上。

H: 就是在那个ION的画展？

A: 其实当时有很多人很喜欢他的画，而且有好多客人都喜欢这幅画，但是他们都没有行动。这个就是说.....我的人比较快手快脚。我喜欢就会去行动，马上去做。

H: 对咯......对咯......

A: 当时的环境真的是特别的好。因为当时他请了小提琴家、大提琴的演奏，然后他还展出了很多幅画，我们每一幅画，都有去看，仔细地欣赏，后来我们觉得这一幅是值得的。

H:其实有一天我经过，我是在用电话，边走边用电话的时候，看见一个like UV的东西。

A: 就是有一个吸引你的东西。

H: 然后我就赶快message Mr Kan 问这幅画是不是Lotus on Water的。他告诉这幅画是你的。其实摆一幅这样的画，是可以capture 和吸引顾客进来对吗？

A: 对，其实也是有其他客人反映过，他们觉得有时走过嘛，觉得这间店为什么有一副这样的画。

H: 从2017年，就是说现在已经放了4年,大概过了4年了。那你可以跟观众分享你放了这幅风水画后，还发生过什么事情吗？

A: 嗯......ok......你问我有什么事情发生。从2017年到现在，我的各方面真的有很大的进步啦，in terms of income wise, in terms of lifestyle. 还有 in terms of 各方面......我的正业和副业，这个是属于我的副业......这是其实是兴趣，所以我做了一点投资，所以我会觉得慢慢越来越好。

H: 所以放了这幅画后，其实是更加更加的Huat啦！

A: 当然还有其它的宝物啦！

H: 当然......当然。

A: 然后，就是有的人会变得更加的开心。因为当你有好的东西，或者漂亮的东西围绕着你的时候，你的心情会比较漂亮。

H: 就是当你的客人刚刚进门的时候，一看到 Master Yun 的这幅风水画的时候，那个心情就比较开朗多啦！对吗？

A: 是.......是。然后当他听到那个价格的时候，就会不一样，so 如果你舍得花一些东西，然后觉得值得的话，我觉得这个就是你要的 lifestyle.
