The 2As: Ask and Action

Last week, I listened to Master Yun's speech about the Questions and Actions one carry out, which are to be aligned to be closer to the Creator or 'God-like'

I like to call it the 2A's : Ask and Actions.

Why, what and how are the Questions one ask to oneself and to others?

Are the Actions done in line to that of the Questions?

Inspired by Master Yun's speech, I asked myself more questions.

One of them never crossed my mind:

Why am I waiting for someone to set up a successful system and I just follow?

For years I have been waiting for someone to setup the perfect system and I can just follow.

But there's no perfect system, there is always changes to improve the system. I will have to determine what changes I want and needs to fulfill my purpose.

Also, how one uses the system yields different results. It's like how each individual Lotus client is prescribed Lotus treasure individually according to their needs.

And why wait for someone when I can create the opportunity, the system according to my situation, wants, needs and purpose.

Yes, at Lotus on Water too,  I created my steps to more prosperity with my Lotus collection.

How to be More Successful

Once at the door of Lotus gallery, a Lotus client, a lady business owner, told me to remember to tend my garden, and remember to burn my Lotus incense daily and meditate, when I asked how to be as successful as her or more.

I looked at her and shaked my head while asking what do you mean by tend my garden? She answered your inner garden while pointing to her head and heart, wishing me luck and left.

I never really figured out what she meant entirely about inner garden. My mind and my heart? How and what's to tend? I definitely understand the burning of Lotus incense and meditation.

Until I read The Monk who sold his Ferrari recently. When Julian revealed one of the seven secrets is to always tend your garden, that of your mind. This secret means nourish your mind with new information, dare to dream and create better future. Then her words clicked in my head! I have been told similar ideas about 'broaden your mind' many times after her I think. But, now its crystal clear to me, that what I should be doing right. It's like my Lotus crystal Guan Yin sending me a message, because recently I have placed my Lotus sandalwood beads on her while I sleep. I placed them on her after I have made my prayers and meditation.

Napoleon Hill said: "Faith is the element, the “chemical” which, when mixed with prayer, gives one direct communication with Infinite Intelligence." I feel when my goals gets more clear, my purpose more definite and defined. I know directly when and what's right to think and do. I also feel that this Faith becomes more amplify and powerful with the Lotus treasures storing and broadcasting this Faith, be it's the Lotus Crystal, Jadeite, Sandalwood, Agarwood and more.

Getting the Right Things Done Faster?

Do you feel that there's not enough time to do the things you want to do?

Have you wonder what is the thing you really want? Recalling my first Lotus jadeite experience, I was asked: Which area in life do you want to improve, Wealth, Career or Benefactors? I have no sense of direction then, thinking about how my mum says health is important. And I asked myself, What's is it I really want improvement in? At that time, career is the priority.

There are many things that one will want to accomplish. Recently, I read in Getting Things Done by David Allen, one tip to manage these information is to separate the actionable and the inactionable.

In the Action list, break down each Desired Action into smaller action steps. Now, if you are wearing the Lotus jadeite, it can give you the inspiration, it can also magnified your desired goals done faster. Prosperous Peonies - Queen Victoria and Master Yun

Queen Victoria loves to drink tea.  She especially love her porcelain tea sets with Peonies and Butterflies.  Perhaps, it could be her lasting desire for a strong and prosperous England that even the 花王 (king of flowers - Peony) is together with 福叠 (piles of fortune - Butterflies) which are painted with gold all over the teapots and cups she drank from.

Only since retiring, Master Yun is then able to put the brush into the inkwell and drew out beautiful art pieces featuring Peonies and Peaches, as well as Peonies and Rocks.  Both types of paintings portrayed prosperous meanings, bringing you the luscious feeling of richness and abundance in life. Moreover, these paintings do have fengshui purposes when combined with other Lotus treasures, like the crystal sculptures.

Despite looking like a chinese painting, the manner of painting differs greatly from a classical one.  One would notice the gold paints in place of black paints for leaves. Where will you see gold leaves on a chinese-style painting?

At first look at the peonies, I feel its like an impressionist painting. Until I saw the chinese poem then I realized I am in the midst of a chinese painting.  Because of the peonies huge size, Master Yun used various reds to bring out the vividness of the flowers.  The 3D effect is so much so I feel like plucking the beautiful peony.

The peonies are accompanied by the Lotus Prosperity song that hangs from the branches like grapes of harvests.  With the bloom of the peonies, we also get the fruits of the Lotus Prosperity song. This is a wonderful combination.

Coincidence or Lotus Treasure?

I attended a meeting with an industrial giant recently. I presented a portion of the company and product presentation.

This meeting came about after my company director chatted with his old friend at golf. They have been playing golf regularly for quite some time. My company also had large projects previously. The directors have been trying to link up their business with this industrial giant for very long time but to no avail.

Its only recently that they manage to link up business with this industrial giant. After I started working in this company. And I was to present in this presentation. Because this industrial giant is interested in the recent project, we won with another industrial giant, where I also presented. 

Is it really a coincidence? To me, I have no question that these blessings came from my Lotus Treasures. For you to really find out for yourself, wear your Lotus Treasure.

2 Lessons Learnt after wearing Lotus Treasures

After I wear Lotus Treasures, I learn that every morning & evening meditation with Lotus Treasures is important. Meditate about the goals/plans that you want to achieve. For the Lotus treasures especially the Lotus jadeite, will store these powerful thoughts and broadcast to the universe.

Why do meditation with the goals & plans? If you have no goals/plans, opportunities means nothing to you. Because they become opportunities only when you recognise them as ideas that you can implement to help you move towards your goals.

When opportunities come knocking, recognize & embrace them if they will help you move towards your goals. Just like when I was presented the chance to start my first Lotus jadeite to better career progress. 

From no career to moving up the departments in the shipyard company in 2 years. To the shining career in Lotus on Water, which I admit that I could not catch up to the high standards and volume of work demands. As you know, Lotus on Water is about the best standards. To a water treatment company, back to engineering, familiar grounds. Which in the first month, I had achieved several project milestones, like install and commission a water treatment system, secure a large scale water treatment project and so on.

I am very thankful for the realisation of my goals and plans through the daily meditation with Lotus treasures.

Un-believable make Great with Lotus Treasures

Will you like to achieve 30 years worth of pursue in a month's time? I am very grateful to have this chance to seal the deal. This dream deal that the company has been pursuing for 30 years, tried three times and more over the decades.

The director say it is not possible before me as the feedback was; unless you can change the minister's mind. During the meeting, the key decision maker (对手) was a harsh one, skeptical at the presentation, giving remarks throughout. I emphasize on the key points during my supervisor presentation. 

The moment our presentation is over. I took off my Lotus sandalwood beads which is for literati and clarity of the mind and turn them outwards, in the direction of the key decision maker (对手). In my mind I fervently wished for acceptance, understanding and agreement to our proposal. Meanwhile, he started to put us down again. Surprisingly, just as I finished a round with my Lotus sandalwood beads, he started to be more agreeable, saying that we can directly go to the site, test and install. Even the senior engineer next to him register shock on his face. 

I feel that I am standing on top of giants' shoulders for they have accumulated so much experience over the 30 years. And with my Lotus treasures, I was given a chance to be part of the deal which is a milestone in Singapore history, also to be part of the efforts to improve the world's water standard.

I sincerely thank and appreciate the journey thus far with my Lotus Treasures, and looking forward to greater better contributions with the best fengshui energy from Lotus on Water.

My Lotus Crystal Guan Yin - the Quarrels and the Prosperity

I wanted to make this decision but I want to give it a chance. Hence, I ask my Lotus advisor for the cure and he said you can consider a Crystal mountain but it's either you will quarrel even more or just forget about the whole issue. I thought why not go ahead, since there's a 50% chance of getting it solve.

But I was not interested with the Crystal mountain options that my Lotus advisor gave even though they are well within my budget. There's always something that I wasn't pleased, like the shape, carving, size and so on. Then he asked me if I wanted to choose one from the Buddha/Guan Yin Crystal sculptures. A very clear picture of what I  want, formed in my head and I asked: Is there a Guan Yin whom is in sitting position. To my surprise, there is one which is slightly above my budget. I fell so much in love with the clarity, the rainbows and smiling Guan Yin carving that I placed the payment immediately.

Master Yun gave two installation dates, one is the stronger one, for which I will have to take on and handle this stronger effects if I choose this. I thought why not go ahead, have the courage to take it on.

In the immediate days and weeks after the installation, quarrels with my husband intensified. We quarrel about little things, like placement of things, he got sick with gastric problems, and went to A & E. We even quarrel in the Lotus gallery. I started to question my decision, what my purpose of installing a Lotus on Water crystal is? I remembered on the day of installation, my Lotus advisor also mentioned that crystal mountain helps to improve career progress, wealth accumulation and I may move to a bigger house. And so, I started to dream what kind of career improvements my husband and I can have.

He have better bonus, better reviews, better and more customers. I had more overseas business trips, better reviews and more job opportunities. I gain happiness and insights about life. I joke more with my husband, did more sharing, building better relationship. Then, one of the Lotus client and friend of mine asked me why did you get the Lotus Guan Yin as the crystal mountain? I started to think very hard and couldn't recall exactly why. Oh, so I really forgot about the whole issue like what my Lotus advisor said? I then remember something about quarrels, oh, I decided at that time why not go ahead, get the Lotus cure and put off the divorce.

When she asked, it gives me the idea to share my answer here, my experiences, the anxiety before the happiness, the dark storms before the sunny rainbow, the turbulence waves before the calm sparkling sea. Thursday 8 Jan 2015 was significant. Two of Lotus's blessed clients put on their Lotus imperial jadeite pendants. This is an achievement, a milestone, and a new beginning for these two Lotus clients. Congratulations once again!

We cheered to our clients progress and victory in the Lotus Exquisite Jadeite Gallery with bubbling champagne.
