RECAP ON TALK 1 : Watershed Year 2020, And Why YOUR White Inkstones Matter

Despite having a rerun for the 1st session, Mr Kan was still greeted by overwhelming and passionate crowds on both days of the Annual Fengshui Talk!

In Mr Kan's 1st session, he covered 4 FOUR annual flying stars for next year (2020, 庚子年 Metal-Rat year). 2 TWO of the more awful stars were mentioned.

Next year, the Black Duan Inkstone 端溪静水砚台 is VERY NEEDED. It helps to resolve conflicts and also prevent malefactors. VERY NECESSARY for 2020 -- a year of stripped opportunities and intense conflicts, especially for Singapore.

Other than intense conflicts, there are going to be A LOT of malefactors 小人. They steal your opportunities, split your riches. To resolve the "small people", you should put the Pearl Of Purple and Red Qi 紫气鸿云珠.

PART FOUR OF FOUR

四章之其四

On this stage is a piece of painting I am showing to the world for the first time. It is the single biggest piece of painting I have done so far and I did it in collaboration with Eric.  

在这台上，是一张我首次呈现给世间的画，也是我至今为止我画过最大幅的一张画。是爱力克先生与我合作完成的。

The base of this painting is seven types of silk cloths Eric has created, sewn together, blending Cambodian traditional silk weaving and his modern creation. 

画底是爱力克先生用他织的七种丝布贴缝而成。织法溶合了柬普寨传统织丝法与他的现代织布法。

On this silk cloth, I have painted 12 peacocks, representing the 12 full moons of a year. 

在这片丝布上我画上十二只孔雀，代表一年的十二个月。

No, there were never 12 moons, only one moon. But there were 12 times the moon is full, coming into full contact with this side of the earth. 

对！月球只有一个，月亮却有十二次。那是月球与地球的这一面，最直接最正面的相会。

What would the moon do to earth when they both meet? They create tides. And when human beings harnessed the tides created from the relationship of moon and earth, we created agriculture. 

月球与地球的相会产生了什么？产生了水的潮汐。人类掌握了潮汐便产生了＂农耕文明＂。

And that is the beginning of the history of the earth when homo sapiens started producing in excess of what we need. 

这是地球史上，首次有一个物种，＂人类＂可以生产出，比自己需求高出许多倍的盈余。

And this excess, which is reproducible and reinvest able, is also called “prosperity”. 

这种盈余，除了可以保存，也可以重新生产，重新投资。这便是＂富足＂的开始与定义。

No animals on earth have understood how to harness the relationship between earth and moon to create excess. That’s why no animals except human beings understand the creation of prosperity. 

除了万物之灵的人类，地球上沒有其它生物懂得利用月球与地球的相会制造盈余。所以也只有人类知道如何产生＂富足＂。

That is why this piece of painting I have painted, I call it “The Power of Prosperity of the Moon.”

所以这幅画我命名为＂月之致富的能量＂。

The event tonight is called “The Weave of Prosperity and Elegance “. 

今晚的盛会我们称之为＂富贵与高雅的交织＂。

It is the meeting of the universe of Eric Raisina, timeless fashion and textiles design, and the universe of Lotus on Water Feng Shui art. 

指的是爱力克先生的丝绸时装的宇宙，与云龙子风水艺术的宇宙，交织而相会。

I wish for you that you would enjoy the Laurent Perrier Champagne and the canapes, the fashion and the catwalks, and my paintings in spotlight and ultraviolet light.

我希望您好好享用罗兰百悦香槟与美味小食，也希望您欣赏时装与美秀，更希望你也欣赏我的画在闪光灯下的孔雀及萤光灯下的繁星。

And most importantly, I wish for you to harness the tide of prosperity that is created by the meeting of Eric Raisina’s universe with Lotus on Water’s universe.

最重要的，是希望你能撑握两个星球，两个宇宙的相会而产生的潮汐。

I asked Eric a few days ago when he arrived Singapore: "Do you know why Princess chose to pass away just two days before the art exhibition and your fashion show? That’s because Her Royal Highness is eager to join in our party.”

几天前，爱力克到达新加坡的时候我问他：＂你知道为什么公主选择在画展的两天前凤御归天？因为她太希望参加我们今晚的盛会了。”

Yes, Princess Buppha Devi always loved art, fashion, beauty, humor, jokes, parties and celebrations. And tonight event is something that Princess will never miss. 

是的，布拜德威公主一生幽默风趣，喜欢艺术，时尚，宴会，及一切美好有趣的事物。今晩的盛会，她绝对不会错过。

And I told Eric that we must put a fantastic show tonight because Her Royal Highness is with us. 

我告诉爱力克，今晚公主在此，她可挑剔得很，今晚的展现必须非常出色。

This year in Chijmes Hall, we have invited Eric Raisina to have a fashion show with the exhibition of my art. 

今年，我们邀请了爱力克先生，法国（应该是说世界）名设计师在我的画展展示他的时装。

This is most probably the first time in human history that fashion and Feng Shui art are exhibited together in the same hall. 

这可能是史上首次，风水画与时装同台同堂展现。

Many people could have probably raised their eyebrows and ask “why does Master Yun want to have fashion show in his Feng Shui art exhibition?” 

或许有些人会竖起双眉问：为什么云大师要在他的风水画展上展示时装？＂

Is it because Master Yun loves to wear beautiful clothes? Yes, it is true. 

是不是因为云大师喜欢身着华丽时装？那是！

Or is it because Master Yun loves to have beautiful models cat walking in front of him? Yes, it is also true. 

还是云大师喜欢观看模特儿走猫步？那也是！

But one conviction of mine is definitely true. And that is that Feng Shui has been very relevant and important to us for the past thousands of years. And I would want it to be relevant and important to us for the next thousands of years. 

更重要的是，我有个信念。风水是我们几千年都相信的文化。而我的使命之一是让风水在几千年以后也是我们相信的文化。

In order to achieve such aim, we need to keep that which is timelessly true, and at the same time we have to be ahead of likes and trends. 

要达到这个目的，我们得一面保存永垂不朽的真理，一面走在潮流及品味的前头。

Last year, 2018, in October, when we had our art exhibition here in Chijmes Hall - Singapore, we had the honor of the presence of Her Royal Highness Princess Norodom Buppha Devi of Cambodia as our Guest of Honor.

去年，2018年，十月，我们在这个地方同样有个画展，而且非常荣幸地邀请到柬埔寨国王的长姐， 布拜德威长公主当我们的主宾。

Her Royal Highness kindly presented to me, her own personal Apsara crown. It is as though Her Royal Highness knew she would be too busy to attend my art exhibition in future, and that her crown would be a symbol of her presence and her blessings.

当时，布拜德威长公主将她个人的＂飞天凤冠＂赐了给我。公主似乎早有预感，她即将太忙录得难以抽身。今后凤冠一现，便如她亲驾圣临，让我们见冠者得蒙上天鸿福。 

And Her Royal Highness trusted that I would continue to bring to the world, the beauty of Cambodian art and culture. 

布拜德威长公主相信我会继续將高棉艺术与文化之大美，展现在世人面前。

Such magnanimous gesture of giving is the mark of a rich person. 

这种伟大的＂赐于＂是富贵人的特征。

Under Her Royal Highness’s leadership, the art and culture of the Apsaras has been revived from the ruins of a great civilization and brought back to life. In 2003, the Apsara Dance was recognized by UNESCO as a Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity.  It was the very first time that a cultural element of Cambodia appears on this list. 

在公主的领导下，吴哥的＂飞天＂艺术在王朝的血泊与废墟中浴火重生。2003年，＂吴哥飞天舞＂荣获联合国教育、科学與文化组织，颁发的人类口头与非物质文化遗产代表作。这是历史上高棉文化获此殊荣。

Princess Buppha Devi always gives up the gains of her own personal life for a greater entity such as her culture, her arts and her country and the world.

布拜德威公主一直以来都把自我的利害放下。放在眼前的，永远是鸿伟的＂大我＂：她的文化，她的艺术，她的国家，这个世界。

Such is the sign of a prosperous person. Even when she has left us for the paradise she deserves, she could not bring away with her all, but leave with us such great legacy. That our loving memory of Her would always be filled with love, joy, strength and passion for living.

这也是个富贵人的特征。当她凤御归天之时，也不能完全带走所有的痕迹。并为我们留下，对她的永恒怀念里，是对生的热爱、喜悦、勇气与激情。

For the last two consecutive years of her life, Princess Buppha Devi gave me the honor and permission to host her  birthdays.One year in Bangkok and another year in Bali.

在人世间的最后两年。 布拜德威长公主恩准我负责她的生日。一次到曼谷，一次到印尼巴厘岛。

In other words, I was the person who decided and took charge of the whole birthday trips and meals. And Princess spent her last two birthdays with only a handful of her closest family members and friends, of which I am one of them. 

换句话说，我全程负责公主的整个旅途与寿宴。公主的生日只和几位最亲蜜的家人及朋友度过。很荣幸的，我是其中一位。

Prince Tesso says that for Princess to do so, means she believes I can make the most important day of her life, the happiest day of her life.

天娑王子说，公主信任我，能使她最重要的日子也是她最快乐的日子。

And I think so too. I believe I understand Princess very well. 

我相信我非常了解公主。

Your Excellency,
Distinguished Guests,
尊敬的王子殿下，
尊敬的公主殿下，
尊敬的大使阁下与领事阁下，
尊敬的贵宾：

As I am giving my speech, we will allow those of you who would love to, to offer the White Orchid flowers, to the Crown of Our Dearest Princess Norodom Buppha Devi. To show our love, adoration and appreciation to Her Royal Highness.
在我演讲之时，我们容许你们当中愿意的，在布拜德威公主的凤冠前献上白色的兰花。以表示我们对公主的爱，景仰与感激。

I would like to begin, by addressing an accusation often made about us.

我想一开始便回应一个，许多人对于我们的指责。
That is that we, Lotus on Water, do not help the poor people.
那就是云龙子旺财馆不帮助穷人。
I have to say, that that accusation is true.
我必须说这个指责是正确的。

The most obvious reason is that we are not an institution that makes people poorer when we help them. When, Lotus on Water helps our clients, they become wealthy and wealthier within a very short period of time. 
最主要的原因我们不像许多组织一样，在资助穷人之后使他们变得更穷。我们云龙子旺财馆在帮助客户之后会使他们在最短的时间內变得富有，并更富有。

Lotus on Water does not have long lasting relationship with poor clients because our clients do not have long lasting relationships with poverty. 
云龙子旺财馆与贫穷的客户没有长久的关系，因为，云龙子的客户与＂贫穷＂没有长久的关系。

Another reason why we do not help the poor people is that because we don’t really know who they are. We don’t really know how to define “poor people” or “poverty”.
另一个原因，为什么我不说我们帮助贫穷人，是因为我不知道如何为＂贫穷＂或＂贫穷人＂下定义。

How low should the income of people be for us to call them poor?
＂一个人的收入必须低到什么程度，才可以称为贫穷人？＂我到现在还是想不通。
My Grandma has no income but she gets to eat everything she wants.
My domestic helper from Myanmar gets to eat everything she wants but she has an income. Therefore, who is poor?
我的外婆没有收入，可是她想吃什么就可以吃什么。
我家里的缅甸保姆，想吃什么也可以吃什么。可是保姆是有收入的。
请问，她们两人之间，谁是贫穷的？
And I have even heard of some people with a very high income who have a long list of things they cannot eat. Are they rich or poor?
我也听说过收入很高的人，却有许多食物吃不了。他们是富足的，还是贫穷的？

Someone says there is actually no darkness in this world. Darkness is just the lack of light.
有人说，世上是没有黑暗的。黑暗只是缺少了亮光。
And I buy this idea.
我接受这个说法。

 

My science teacher taught me that there was no coldness, only the lack of heat.
我的科学老师告诉我，世上并没有寒冷，只是缺少了热量。
Thus, there is never dullness, just the lack of colors.
故此，也不没有单调，只是缺乏色彩。
And therefore, there is never poverty, just the lack of prosperity,
也因此，从来没有贫穷，只是缺乏富足。

Instead of searching out for poverty, we have directed our efforts to bringing the light, heat and colors of Prosperity into this world. 与其寻找贫穷及贫穷人，我们把我们的努力聚焦于将富足的光量、热量及色彩迎进世界。

I believe in the simple logic that when people get wealthy, they don’t get poorer.
我相信这个简单的逻辑：一个人越来越富，就不可能同时越来越穷。
I believe in the simple arithmetic that when more people get wealthy less people get poorer.
我更相信这简单的数学答案：越来越多人富有，便越来越少人贫穷。

And this is what, we, Lotus on Water, have been doing. This is what my art meant to be.
这是云龙子旺财馆一直在做的。这也是我的艺术的意义。

 

 

We believe that prosperity is an energy, energy that produces light and heat and colors of prosperity. And we also love to work with people who are like-minded.
我们相信富贵是一种能量，一种能生产富贵的光量、热量与色彩的能量。我们也喜欢与同道人相为谋。
