Riding on Dragons for a Smoother Journey

 

I got to know Lotus on Water and Mr Kan at just the point in my life when I needed it.

I have always been a go-getter. Whether as a Commando in National Service, or an instructor training Singapore's young sailors, or when I started my career in insurance financial planning, I constantly strived for progress and excellence. I have always believed myself to be capable of greater things.

Yet in 2015, I sensed that something was amiss. Life was alright. But somehow I encountered obstacles at every turn. My career was stagnating. And my energy was getting sapped by difficult relationships.

I knew I needed to do something. Anything. Before things go downhill. I needed a catalyst to bring me to the next level - a fengshui item, I thought. As I researched online, the blog by Lotus on Water attracted my attention. I could relate to the troubles the customers also faced before they had help from Lotus on Water.

Mr Kan answered my online enquiry personally. From our conversation, he could tell that I had the potential to scale much greater heights, but that there were obstacles blocking my path. He guided me on the auspicious items suitable for my elements and my preferences. I wanted a piece of jewellery that would bring Direct Wealth (正财). It should be something aesthetically pleasing that I could wear daily as a professional and as a man in my mid thirties. I also relished the possibility of owning a rare piece of jade.

 

I finally settled on the Double Dragon Ring 双龙夺珠 customised to my elements and personality. I admired the strength of the two gold dragons and the meanings behind the design.

 

My wife Patricia also acquired a Jadeite Guanyin 观音在守 which helps magnify good thoughts and reflect away negative energy.

 

Right after I purchased the ring in Dec 2015, I felt a surge of strength and belief in myself. The winds have changed. Before, I have had to complete my Chartered Financial Consultant professional qualification by 2016, but had been having difficulty passing one of the papers. Then benefactors (贵人) came my way and helped tutor me, and I successfully achieved the qualification by the end of 2016. Following that, I got promoted to be a Director in 2017, and won Top New Director for the same year, which was quite a feat considering the small size of my Director Group relative to many other groups in Great Eastern. Things went much more smoothly and I attained my achievements with greater speed than I would have had if I had relied on personal will and grit alone.

Looking back, there was an unexplainable affinity with Mr Kan and Lotus on Water. Through him, I also got to know the meritable deeds by Lotus on Water and Master Yun. Me and Patricia are both grateful to be able to ride on the strength of fengshui for a smoother journey, while having the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals through Lotus on Water.

9 heart-warming things I remember at 9th Anniversary

1.   9-segment pineapple dragon
From afar, the drum and gongs that we grew up with, informed us of the presence a dragon or lion dance troupe nearby.  On this prosperous day, it was extra special.  Both the fearsome and royal symbol of the pineapple dragon and 9 lions dancing around reminded me of childhood memories of gathering around Chinese New Year with plenty of lion dance performances everywhere.

2.   Ms N’s and her granddaughter
I was sitting near the tea preparation corner at #01-01 and was waiting for Master to arrive for the reblessing.  I was noticing that Ms N had her family, and Ms N was trying to get her granddaughter to finish her lunch of porridge, which the granddaughter was looking everywhere except finishing her lunch.  This reminded me of my grandmother whom also chided me to finish my meal before wondering off to play something.  I was 7 years old then.

 3.   Ms M’s story of finding the courage within
As part of the tour, Ms M was enthusiastically sharing her Lotus story with us and fellow attendees.  As we ask further on her jounery to the present day, I felt slightly unnerved but I remembered that her kindness to share her Lotus journey will inspire anyone that heard her story.  We gave her encouraging words for her to continue with her story and eventually managed to complete it in a gentle manner.

 4.   Huat Kueh & Nine-layer kueh
Being together with so many people and with many different things happening concurrently, one can be hungry rather quickly.  I love that the food was served personally by caring waiters and waitresses whom made the effort to ensure all present will get a full tummy.  One waitress was so cute that she would rotate the food served so that we get the variety between puffs, nine-layer kueh and huat kueh.

5.   Huat Photo booth
Taking photos are not natural for most people.  As tour guides encouraged everyone to just indulge themselves and try any post they like, I see attendees shedding their social jacket and be themselves in front of the camera.  After all, its in the name of fun and laughter with prosperous Lotus symbols.  Seeing themselves in funny postures brings laughter to many and smiles to all.  The prosperous chi gets better when everyone is happier, easier.

6.   Reblessing
I was touched again when reblessing was done.  That Master has again summoned the prosperous chi to be spreaded out among Lotus treasures brought before him.  Large efforts that seemed simple.

7.   Gold-standard emcee

Wearing gold, our Emcee, Aloysius, was putting whatever he had into making a good show for all, even in the face of technical difficulties or between programs.

8.   Lotus Song of Prosperity
We share the same rest area with the singer and saw the specially worn gold dress that she beautifully donned on for the inaugural release of the Lotus song of Prosperity.  The human face to the song did bring a closeness to the song played over the speakers.

9.   Sunshine
It was a hot day with plenty of sunshine.  Sunshine conveys hope, upward, positivity to all.  To bring things up a notch, it’s where the servers were hard at work getting cool drinks and champagne to all attendees.  This made everyone even happier.

Un-believable make Great with Lotus Treasures

Will you like to achieve 30 years worth of pursue in a month's time? I am very grateful to have this chance to seal the deal. This dream deal that the company has been pursuing for 30 years, tried three times and more over the decades.

The director say it is not possible before me as the feedback was; unless you can change the minister's mind. I was shocked and in awe as I held my Lotus Imperial Jadeite pendant close to my heart, reminded me of this dragon pillar design's meaning. During the meeting, the key decision maker (对手) was a harsh one, skeptical at the presentation, giving remarks throughout. I emphasize on the key points during my supervisor presentation. 

The moment our presentation is over. I took off my Lotus sandalwood beads which is for literati and clarity of the mind and turn them outwards, in the direction of the key decision maker (对手). In my mind I fervently wished for acceptance, understanding and agreement to our proposal. Meanwhile, he started to put us down again. Surprisingly, just as I finished a round with my Lotus sandalwood beads, he started to be more agreeable, saying that we can directly go to the site, test and install. Even the senior engineer next to him register shock on his face. 

I feel that I am standing on top of giants' shoulders for they have accumulated so much experience over the 30 years. And with my Lotus treasures, I was given a chance to be part of the deal which is a milestone in Singapore history, also to be part of the efforts to improve the world's water standard.

I sincerely thank and appreciate the journey thus far with my Lotus Treasures, and looking forward to greater better contributions with the best fengshui energy from Lotus on Water.

What Price is Right?

Recalling the work site conversation between 2 guys in the team before the accident happen to the technican, it goes like this:

"I know you haven't had breakfast, you should eat some food. The other replied, no its ok, I can just borrow energy from the mountain that we are going to work on and borrow some time as well and laughed."

I felt chilly as I recalled Master Yun's story on forgetting to bring his vermillion and had to sacrifice his blood "I had to cut my finger to let blood drip into the red vermillion and splash it onto the ground and asked the deity of earth here to send over to the deity of the mountain there, to pay the price of stealing the cosmic karma effect to give to the temple and believers of that area." followed by weeks of recovery. In Newton's Law, energy cannot be destroyed or created, its to be exchanged. In the movie Interstellar, they left the robot behind in exchange for moving forward in their flight plan. I didn't know whether he meant his words or its just a passing remark. But, I am afraid the price he might have to pay if he really intend to borrow energy from the mountain with reference to Master Yun's experience. The price of blood maybe in his hands or maybe I just overthink too much?

Moments after reaching the work site, one of the 2 guys said to me, you should take a photo now, document the laborious work being carried out now. I felt a sense of dread, unwilling to click the camera button, an unwelcoming feeling and pressed the button. Then I hear a scream followed by a man running towards me with a bleeding finger and he was rushed to the hospital. The rest of us continue the site work to completion over the several days. So who paid the price? What price is right? The person who wanted the exchange of energy did not have blood in his hands for another gave away in the accident. I know that Master Yun uses the best vermillion for the best reasons, "red vermillion that Lotus on Water uses to do the ceremonious blessing is a symbol of the innocence and precious price paid on behalf of the receiver and administrator of the good feng shui energy". I know the price I had paid for my Lotus treasures, prosper me and my family, attracted great and helpful benefactors and keep me from serious harm. Over the few days at the work site, there are additional local engineers to expedite the work with meals catered, this was not provided previously. Even the accommodation arrangement made prior to the work site is also special, never before in company history.

If you ask me which price I want to pay for good feng shui energy, I will choose the price tag of Lotus treasures rather than steal and get blood on my hands. Given you a choice, which one will you choose?

Unique for your Desired Wealth and Wishes

Everyone is special and different. That's why Lotus prescribe solution unique to each individual.

I applied for a position last month, and went for the interview. Half an hour into the interview, I was asked to wait for the team's manager. Another half hour later, I was introduced to the just commissioned project in the factory floor. During the tea break, I said hello to one idle person and clinched a deal with an educational institution. This is something different.

We had a wonderful 8 March celebration. I am sure you would agree. In fact, I think it was one of our best celebrations so far.

As like last winter solstice's celebrate, we are with gratitude that Master Yun has reblessed our personal Lotus collections on that day. Newly purchased collections were the firsts to receive the blessings - congratulations if your collection was on the first row. 

We had a few surprises on this 8 March, did you notice?

The Lotus Pineapple Dragon was back. To soar and roar, and bring in the HUAT Qi for Master Yun's blessing.

1. The Lotus Pineapple Dragon for the Singapore Book of Records - Guess how long is it? 38.3 meters. When was the event? 8 March. Coincidence?

2. The dragon with sparkling fireworks! Oh yes, there was a second dragon. Why do you think that the Double Dragon belongs to the Lotus?

3. Did you get the Pineapple "Dog"? Wang Wang! Why is this adorable pineapple toy a "dog"? Because it has a tail!

4. I hope you left your presence at the instant photo booth.

5. It has been a while since we had lion dance on pillars. This 8 March, we had 2 lions on pillars.
