Lotus on Water, and the Will of the Heavens

For the ancients, and for Chinese at large, the matter of having the approval of Heavens has always been an important one. 得不得天道. It's a matter of whether a decision is correct, it's a matter of whether a King has the right to rule.

A testament of whether a King has the 天道, is to see whether he has 民心, the heart of the people. And a way to observe where the hearts of the people are, is to see where the 神器、法器、礼器——国之重器 are gathered. For instance, when Shang Dynasty 商朝 conquered Xia 夏, the symbols of kingship and the right to rule inherited from the Heavens, the 9 Cauldrons 九鼎, were moved to the new capital.

It can be no coincidence that in our times, we see an ever growing number of precious artifacts representing a high order of culture, taste, power and spirituality, gathering at Lotus on Water.

The "First Blade Under the Heavens 天下第一刀", used at Beijing's Tiananmen Square on 1st July 2021, to commemorate 100 years of the ruling Chinese Communist Party. Three were used that very day, one is with the Lotus gallery.

What happened to my hubby WITHIN 365 days after wearing the Lotus Double Dragon Ring

A rainy Friday night.

I decided to take a seat at the balcony to enjoy the breeze and a cup of warm tea made by Mr Yeo while I recall how life has changed for us both in the last 365 days after he wore his Double Dragon ring from Lotus on Water.

Never had either of us experience such drastic change in life before and to think back on the journey we embarked together in search for better quality of life through fengshui, it had been more than amazing. The journey was full of the good and better happenings. I can confidently say that the best is yet to come because we are really just at the beginning of the peak of our lives.

Mr Yeo made the decision to purchase the ring 9 months after his first purchase of his Lotus bamboo jadeite in March 2020. It was a difficult decision to part with tens of thousands, all with the strong faith in what it would bring him, and eventually me and our families. It was indeed one of his best decisions as this decision changed the rest of his life chapters. For the better and the best.

He wore the Ring approximately a week prior to the Winter Solstice so that he would be getting another blessing from Master Yun within a month, and this is known as "double blessing" in Lotus (my advise to you is that should you be wanting to get an item from Master Yun close to Chinese New Year, Lotus anniversary or Winter Solstice, just do it!). It was a grand virtual affair and both of us participated as volunteers to help out for the first time AND I WON ONE OF THE GRAND PRIZES ON THAT DAY!

Mr Yeo was working as a sales professional and upon wearing the Lotus Ring, he had new pipelines building in the next 3 months, leading to great sales results (and of course, monetary rewards). He was delighted that the Lotus Ring boosted his sales greatly and what we did not realise was that the heavens had better plans for him.

He was suddenly told to leave as part of the company restructuring due to the pandemic and that he was one of the younger sales in the company without children. It was as if life gave him a tight slap in his face out of a sudden and without any warning. Who would have thought that one of the top performing sales would be asked to leave when he had just gotten the Ring 3 months ago?

Moments of self-doubt did sink into both of us and while he asked himself what he did not do right and I asked myself what I did not do enough to support him as a wife. I am not going to lie and say that we both had remained very positive during that period of time because while he was going through this, I was told that my pay would be cut 20% due to pandemic and my company started to delay my pay and CPF contribution. Financial stress is indeed one of the key reasons couples quarrel but I was glad that we were able to hold each other up, care and be gentle on one another.

Shortly after, he managed to find a sales job which totally opened up his horizon. The job offered him insights on business strategies, initial public offerings etc. It was in this job that he met his benefactors and that he decided to take the biggest leap of faith in his life...

Being his own boss. And quit the rat race.

And yes, in less than a year after wearing the Lotus Ring, Mr Yeo became a boss and started a company with a partner.

365 days after wearing the Ring and less than 2 months of setting up his company, he is now in talks to collaborate with industry partners to be the game changer in the industry and opportunities never stop knocking on his door.

As his wife, no words can describe how thankful I am that things are looking bright and great for us and that Mr Yeo has taken the step and take on what that might have slipped away should he still possess his old mindset and without the Lotus Ring to help bring on the opportunity. He has always been a very careful person, weighing every options, preferring to always be contented with life. There is nothing wrong with him being careful or being contented with life.

However, deep inside his heart and mind, he has always wanted to provide more for himself, for me, our future family and our original families. Being the eldest grandson, eldest son, eldest brother to his siblings and a husband, he subconsciously yearn to give more but it seems impossible all the time because he only has an ITE certificate and setting up business is never his cup of tea due to the unpredictable changes in market and economy.

Even though we are not yet so rich that we can splurge $500 a meal for both of us every single day, we do not need to worry about not having enough for the rest of the month if we spend a bit more on fanciful restaurants on weekly basis. We are also able to foot the entire bill for a good meal with our family. Nothing beats seeing our family's faces lit up when they enjoy the food which they may not have tasted before.

Mr Yeo has lost his grandfather due to old age a couple of months back and we will never, ever be able to bring him out for a better meal. He was a quiet, traditional man who was very stern in making sure his grandchildren get the basic manners and values right and he was the one who taught Mr Yeo how to use chopsticks and brought him out for outings whenever possible. I am sure, at the speed that things are going for him, Mr Yeo will soon stand proudly in front of his altar and tell him that, "Ah Gong, I hope I have made you proud because I did it and I can take good care of the family now".

While I am about to pen off since it is over midnight now, he is not home yet as he has gone for a meeting at his partner's house after making the tea for me. I know he is working hard to further amplify the power of his Lotus Ring so that he can achieve his ultimate life goal.

My advise to you is, don't wait for things to happen. The faster you kickstart your journey with Lotus, the lower the cost of opportunity loss will be for you. Sometimes, you need to step out of your comfort zone and open up your outlook in life before you can grow. And even if you are young, don't wait. Because while you may have the luxury of time, someone close to you whom you want to celebrate success with may not have that.

Cherie (C): 我叫Cherie，然后我是从事Product Marketing的工作。认识云龙子旺财馆是通过我一个好姐妹介绍。然后其实我是陪她去看东西的。

 

 P: 哦！看东西啦，结果..可以透露看些什么东西呢？

 C: 她就是有一天啊..叫我陪她一起去看那个风水字画。

 P: 噢！风水字画。

 C: 对。

 P: 然后看了过后，啊..她有看上什么画吗？还是怎么样？

 C: 她是在看 “鸾音鹤信” 。

 P: 噢，鸾音鹤信.

 C: 然后在她看的时候，薇薇就在介绍。她们在看的时候，我自己就盯着这幅 “龍鹤常胜“。

 P: 啊.. 龍鹤常胜。

 C: 对。

 

P: 那其实你喜欢这幅 “龍鹤常胜”一些画里的什么东西呢？

 C: 其实是它的那个“龍”字吸引了我。因为我儿子属龙。

 P: 啊..你儿子属龙！恭喜恭喜..儿子属龙..哇！真的是一个很好的兆头。 然后，除了这个属龙的关系，你还喜欢这幅画是些什么样的特点呢？

 C: 因为我看到这幅字画的时候，我就问薇薇这个是什么意思。薇薇就跟我说它是好消息的意思。

 P: 好消息…

 C: 对。

 P: 啊..龍鹤常胜嘛就是说always win 嘛，对不对..就是时常..时常来的胜利嘛，对不对？

 C: 对。所以我就当机立断跟我朋友讲我要选这幅。

 P: Oh..当机立断..哈哈哈..那恭喜你了真的是..当机立断马上请回家了..对不对？

 

 C: 对…对。

 P: 然后你还有一些什么样的故事呢？

.C: 就是我…放了这个字画的时候是在九月头, 然后其实…在前两三个月我一直在找保姆。

 P: 找保姆…哦..照顾孩子吧？

 C: 照顾孩子, 因为鉴于我是单亲妈妈，然后工作又不是很固定的时间，所以我需要一个适合的保姆来帮我分担家里的一些…

 P: 啊..对对..这非常重要嘛。

 C: 对，所以..但是那个过程很不顺利，因为疫情关系，所以呢，那些新的保姆进不来。然后那些transfer的保姆就是很多要求，不然就是她的薪水要求很高，变成我就一直卡了差不多两三个月。但是挂了字画过后的大概的第二个星期，突然有一个中介跟我讲有一个保姆立刻可以….transfer来.

 P: 立刻可以…哇..非常非常好！

 C: 对！

 P: 啊…那其实这也是挂了云大师的画过后，对Cherie来说是个非常非常好的消息吧。

 C: 是个好消息。

 P: 能够替你分担很多的东西吧…算是？

 C: 对对。

 P: 能够替你照顾孩子啦，那其实也算是一个人际上的关系，就是让你分担了很多…减轻了很多负担吧，对不对？

 C: 是。

 P: 那其实除了请到了这个保姆过后，你还有什么特别故事要跟我们分享呢？

 C: 特别的故事目前..我相信以后会有更多故事…只是说会觉得家里的气氛不一样了。

 P: 啊..家里的气氛不一样了…

 C: 然后就觉得小孩啊比较开心，自己工作上没有那么急躁，烦躁。

 P: 连小孩跟家里…哇..都会..都会有影响吧…对不对？

 C:  对。

 P: 就是说挂了云大师的画呢过后，就是家里的整个能量，整个气场都会比较舒服啦。

 C: 是！

 P: 然后人际关系都非常非常的好，对不对？

Why You MUST Collect Master Yun's Fengshui Art, Hear it from: Jhene Ng

Jhene (J): Hi!

W: This is a Lotus’s client, this is Jhene, I am in her house filming Master Yun’s Feng Shui painting. Hi Jhene!

J: Hi Wei Wei!

W: Yeah! How do you chance upon Master Yun’s painting?

J: Err…for this piece, err.. specially, there was a funny story to it, it’s like initially we had... we saw on the catalogue there was another piece right, and we kind of placed order for it but before we….

W: I remember, I remember ..haha!

J: Ya..before we take a look at it, that day I remember it was a day when we went to the gallery, so we saw this piece, I was walking past this piece…

W: You walked past ..

J: Yes, I walked past and I was like instantly attracted to it, even before we ...we take a look at the piece that we ordered and…

W: The piece that you ordered, I remember was a…

J: It’s a landscape.

W: It’s a landscape? What is the word, the Chinese word… errr

J: Err….I can’t remember…hahaha…

W: Calligraphy …. [thinking hard]

J: I think err ….

W: I can’t recall…

J: I can’t recall as well.

 W/J: Hahaha……

 W: Which is why you didn’t end up with the piece!

J: Hahaha…I think initially that piece was within our range, so and especially when shifting to this new place, we wanted to get a piece of painting. So errm….all along my husband was interested in Master Yun’s Art, so we thinking when this series was out, we really like it so we placed an order for it … hahaha

 W: Capitalise in it right ….

 J: Yes …hahaha

 W: And I remember this painting right, Jhene, this was …because the previous client upgraded, and this was released, if not you didn’t have a chance.

 J: Yes, that ... that was the reason why I walked past it and …

 W: You walked past because it was released…..

 J: Yes…hahaha.

 W: I remember now! I was doing live with Kan, suddenly somebody, you came on…you came up to the live to say it’s TAKEN! Right? I remember that.

 J: Kan… Kan said that…hahaha.

 W: Kan said that right ….I am like HUH? TAKEN? Right…and your piece that you forgo, actually another lotus client, a very blessed lotus client who has collected up to date 3 [paintings], I will not say who. It’s a gentleman, very nice person and he has taken that piece and it fits very well in his house. He instantly saw it, I remember after my live, I went down to gallery, to the exquisite gallery and he said “Hey! This piece is available?” He tells Cola “I will take it!” Just like that.

 J: Yes! Just like that!

 W: Right!

 J: So we kind of have a musical chair for it, for all the pieces.

 W: Yes! It’s a musical chair, it’s a calling. I always believe that Master Yun’s fengshui paintings there is a calling, it will look for its owners whether you believe it or not. But actually how do you chance upon Lotus on Water and Master Yun’s paintings?

 J: I chanced upon Lotus on Water was from my husband, Rikido...haha.

 W: Ah! I see and he has been there since I think … 2007, 11 years apart, I am…I am a client in 2018.

 J: Yes, he has been the longest client.

 W: And I know you are going to get your ring, right?

J: Yes.

 W: Now it’s the ring season, come on guys! Heaven and Earth jadeite rings, Lotus on Water, very HUAT ring, I also have one. OK, ring is not the focus here, lets go back to the painting!

 J: OK!

 W: What do you like about this painting? I see a lot of red, a lot of errm…really a lot of gold!

 J: To me erm…the instant attraction was the bright colours, the paint on it.

 W: The bright colours.

 J: To me I like it …like it in that colour, the bright colours, because its like more modern.

 W: Its more modern and it’s not so tradition.

 J: Yes, its modern and erm…I like the calligraphy of it. It’s really the more …towards what I’ve been, what I’ve been envisioned for the piece of Art in my home.

 W: I see, I see. And it has a lot of red which is what I understand in the Feng Shui term, it is good for the South that is coming in 2024. So, this is a very, very good piece and a very good investment. And I see a lot of… erm.. and this reads “鹤寿“, if I get my Chinese correct , its longevity, right?

 J: Yes, from what we know from Kan, it resonate very well to us from this calligraphy, “鹤寿“itself. It means longevity for, you know, for business, for everyone in the house even to the 下一代 , you know… all the way that you will have your business….

 W: And I see, I always like to count stamps, and you know the numbers of chops. And there is one here, another one here…and …..[searching]

 J: And there is one more here [pointing to the painting].

 W: Ok, hidden one. This is a very unique one, do you know?

 J: Ya, I heard about it.

 W: Because this is the one that I remember, one of the episodes that Kan mentioned, actually Master Yun sort of misplaced this or couldn’t find this, its lost. So we were all looking, do we have that painting with this, this is special. OK, if you want to see, go to Lotus on Water, ask Cola “Where is the one that was lost and found?”. And you are very lucky because you have one here! And this is Master Yun’s “云龙子“…

 J: Signature, 我们拿到宝…hahaha…

 W: 拿到宝, 对吧！This is a very very nice piece.

 J: Thank you. I love it so much too.

 W: When did you install this?

 J: Erm…I think it was a few months back, probably like 2 or 3 months.

       Mr Kan and Rikido

W: It has been sitting here at this place for a few months, how do you feel about it? Any benefits you can share?

 J: Yes, erm..definitely we feel like instantly we feel harmonious, harmony in the house, yes.

 W: Harmony in the house, less quarrels? Haha…

 J: I would say, ya, less conflicts and also for business wise, for my husband’s business, he gets all the projects like constantly coming and for myself, I also get the opportunities and smoother and everything is smoother.

 W: Everything is very smooth, smooth sailing. And which line are you in? If I may ask.

 J: I am in err..branding and design.

 W: Wow, branding and design. Now I understand why. So this a very creative piece, it caught your eyes and it’s calling to you. It called you first before it called Riki, hahaha.

 J: Ya, actually he did see it but because this piece was a little bit out of our range at that time, but the thing is, the moment we got this, he managed to get a project that …

 W: Wow!! Immediate?

 J: Ya! Immediate, the amount of the project that he got, the sum that he managed to get back was like …it adds up to…

 W: Able to cover the [cost of painting]? Wow!

 J: Able to cover that..hahaha.

 W: Wow! We shall not disclose this, right, sensitive I understand but definitely immediately a painting and he put a deposit and he immediately recovered.

 J: Yep! So that is how amazing this is!

 W: How amazing, right? This is really really a very good … I like this piece. I saw this, this is the very first, second batch of the Master Yun’s calligraphy paintings, to what I know. And it is in, wow, that day when they launched it, what I remember, no sorry, this is the first batch, there was this Saturday, it was crazy! They launched it. I think you all didn’t make it; everybody was like queuing because you know.. Covid….

 J: That is why we were looking through the catalogue instead.

 W: There were so many people just queuing, it’s like, you know it’s like as if no need money , you know, they just BOOKED! BOOKED! BOOKED! BOOKED!  BOOKED! It was really fast, like two hours, I think they sold a couple of paintings like 10 or 20, I cannot recall. And this was one of the pieces that was actually booked but you are lucky, it’s meant for you.
