PART 2(b) OF THE MAGAICAL EVENING, << RHYTHM OF THE GREAT WALL, THE SOUND OF ARTS>>

Let's go to the "b" of our concert! I must emphasize that it was an EXCELLENT night, it even seemed a little too short of FUN! It was often mentioned that time passes really quickly when we are happy and I believe this is truly evident in proving that. 

However, what are the songs that I'm talking about this time? We will introduce three more songs, hence this is the third song we are talking about from this concert!

No.3: Love for the Sea

A beautiful song written by Chen Xiaotao & Chen Yong. This song was written depend on the favor of the ocean, to express its love towards their honorable nation, their enchanting nature and their profound admiration towards their lovers and friends. 

Which painting would this song tally? 

We will be seeing Master Yun's Thoughts On Paintings on this special painting, " Galaxy Of Goodness".

No.4 Quel Guardo Il Cavaliere

One of the most impressive performance I have seen up till now, sang by Gaetano Donizetti and in this concert, by Solo Soprano Teng Xiang Ting. Despite this song being foreign to many of us, but the expressions she made and the skills she had fused so flawlessly which impacted us so well. 

But we are back to the question, which of Master Yun's beautiful painting does this impactful song go with?

The "The Encounter Of Beauty And Strength" is fantastic for it.

Touching song written by Jiergeleng and Wulantuoga bringing out the deep flavors of the classical music but at the same time contained elements from the modern music and instruments such as the Piano from Ouyang Lei Lei which truly was a complement to the singing of Solo Baritone Alvin Tan.

PART 2(a) OF THE FANTASTIC CONCERT, << RHYTHM OF THE GREAT WALL, THE SOUND OF ARTS>>

Wondering why there's a "(a)" in the title this time? 

YES! We will be differentiating this spectacular concert into multiple parts. To understand this concert better, we will go by the songs which are being sang.

For the first part which we will be mentioning in this portion, we will be talking about the first 2 songs sang by our amazing Tenor, Zhuang Jie. 

No.1: The Great Wall Is Always On My Mind

Fantastic and powerful music by great Chinese Artists in China, Lu Zulong, Wang Xiaojun and Gao Zeshun. Some people may wonder why this song? After doing some research regarding the Great Wall Of China and understanding about the magnificence of the spirit and soul this song brought out to us. 

The Great Wall Of China is the building project with the longest duration and greatest cost in human lives, blood, sweat and tears. It deserves its place among "the New Seven Wonders of the World" and the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

So going back to the title of this concert -

As I mentioned in the part 1 of my blog, YES! If you hadn't read it, go back to our Lotus On Water Blog and recap it! This is a fusion of the arts, not just AUDITORY but VISUALLY and so we must take a look at some of the MAGNIFICIENT Master Yun's art pieces which was displayed at the SCO concert hall.

花这么多财力，精力与物力来建长城?

To have spent so much money, energy and resources to build The Great Wall of China?

难道是长城上走马看花，

寻欢作乐，喝酒？

Can His Majesty take a stroll on the wall?

Or have merry good time? Drinking and flirting on The Great Wall?

秦始皇有没有付薪水给建长城的老百姓我不知道，想想也知道一人一口饭，一人一口水都得付出许多财力与精力

I am not sure if His Majesty paid the people who worked on The Great Wall? But we can guess, just feeding the workers takes up a lot of money and effort

可是不这样做，

边疆的游牧民族便会掠夺屠杀我们的子民

But if you don’t build that wall, the nomads from the north would rob and kill our people

一个人有财有势之后，

也会招惹许多妒忌贪婪的＂游牧民族”。

When a person is prosperous and glorious, he would attract a lot of greedy and jealous “nomads”

我们得用智慧，能力，勇气筑起长城

We need to build A Great Wall with our wisdom,

capability and courage

而且是富贵华美的长城

A Great Wall of Prosperity and Elegance

No.2: The Swan Goose

Traditional Mongolian Folk song with meaningful lyrics. The Swan Goose has always been a auspicious omen in the Chinese culture, many people have portrayed this song in many ways but frankly, Tenor Zhuang Jie version was the most impactful and powerful. 

This time, which painting is it portraying then? Master Yun's paintings has many auspicious creatures, from the most commonly seen Peacocks which is being inspired by the Peacock King which is a Japan god and mentioned to be the same level as a Buddha in the Chinese culture. However, this time we would have another powerful creature representing POWER and STATUS. Also, the most special part is that this painting is painted on the silk, Eric Raisina, really wonderful designer which worked with us for this series of SILK paintings.

A MAGICAL EVENING, 14th MARCH 2021 - PART 1

<<RHYTHM OF THE GREAT WALL, THE SOUND OF  ARTS>>

What were you doing on the 14th of March 2021? 

Working? 

Shopping?

Or still studying?

For me, I had the best night of my life at...

SINGAPORE CONFERENCE HALL!

To many, this was probably one of the most wonderful night. 

Tailcoats, for the gentleman and Wedding Gowns for the ladies. 

Initially, without COVID, we could have over 800 people, however with the current situation, we can hold only about 150 people. Despite only this sum of people, the ENTHUSIASM and THRILL of the atmosphere brought by was even higher and more fun seemed to be intrigued! 

Many asked," what was the best thing about that night?" I do say there are two main points, firstly, to see our regular clients bringing their friends and family together into our HUGE #lotusfamily, and attending our event together. Importantly, some people call it a UP IN LEVEL, some calls it a BREAKTHROUGH, there are those which name it a FUSION of ARTS, what do you think?

辛丑年将是怎样的一年？

我已经有好一段时间没写博文了；我那些长篇面簿帖文不算。阻断期后的日子非常忙碌，我们所解锁的成就（游戏术语）真的超乎想象，不可思议。我们所获得的奖项，还有长城画展……这些都不是抄袭别人就能达成的成就。模仿抄袭是没有灵魂的，模仿者的话也是空洞的。

 

2020 庚子年是云龙子旺财馆大跃进的一年，这都是我们多年秉持着热忱，努力不懈的结果。热忱孕育了我们所享有的奢华，热忱也孕育我们的未来和财富。

 

一切的喜乐幸福都来自真诚的热忱。

 

我说得有点离题了。

 

2021年元月就这样过去了。这是很多年来，第一次没有举办大型流年风水讲座。这给了我和同事一个机会，以一对一的形式，更深入了解你来年的需要和期望。当然，去年的冬至庆典和长城画展也让我们忙得不可开交。

 

2021辛丑年会是怎样的一年呢？

 

去年，我们预测2020庚子年将是这个时代的“分水岭”。我对客人说：“2020可以是极具挑战的一年，也可以是良机满满的一年。关键在于你所做出的决定。”

 

我很欣慰许多旺财客人在万难中，选择了富贵和胜利的人生。我更欣慰的是，尽管大环境艰难，这些客人还获得很棒的回报，过得非常好。

 

富贵和胜利的人生，属于那些愿意接受最棒风水，愿意相信，愿意努力的人。

 

2021辛丑年将会是灿烂的一年。对我的新加坡客人来说，也会是一个充满良机的一年。今年，全球财富最多，权力最大的人，将齐聚新加坡，在本地买房置产、开创新事业。

 

2021也会是竞争激烈的一年，但顺利撑过2020年的人，将能全力以赴抓住危机中的良机。

 

问题是，你要如何抓住这些良机？

 

我们很少建议客人韬光养晦还是耐心等待，连2020年也没有这样。

 

在2021年里，你真的要做到极致。摆上御用白端，挂上云大师的风水画，戴上沉檀香，摆上水晶山招贵人……真的是要做到极致。

 

做到极致，胜券在握！

 

立春已经过去，要抓紧时间把流年风水做起来——居家风水，办公室风水，还有个人风水。很多客人请回了他们的旺财戒指、旺财沉香、旺财翡翠牌。真的很为他们开心！很高兴他们选择最适合他们的风水宝物！

对旺财馆同仁而言，2020年是充实的一年。我们向来创造“最佳”，而去年则是“绝佳”之年。2020庚子年无疑是云龙子旺财馆有史以来最棒的一年。
 
当然，到目前为止。
 
旺戒会是旺财馆成功的关键。我们迎来了新的朋友，也“清除”与我们理念不合的会员，进而提升会员的整体素质。

Dear Followers!

We are into the new year, we are already in the Metal-Ox year 辛丑年.

Happy New Year!!

The past year has been very exciting, a lot of dramatic and grand developments. Once again, we showed what it means to be the leader of the industry -- fengshui, arts, even Chinese culture, what it means to be a solid beacon of prosperity and happiness, what it means to be really great and living great.

With the spirit of always looking for solutions, as like how we constantly look for ways to boost your luck, we morphed the ways we do things, we upgraded the structure of the Fellowship, we invested even more into the value we give back to our faithful clients.

And it was a most fulfilling year for Lotus on Water. We have always been creating bests, and they were actually just "best year SO FAR". 2020 Metal-Rat year, was also a best year for the Lotus.

So far, of course.

Our Fellowship is definitely very crucial to the stunning success. We have new friends who joined the Fellowship, we "cleaned" our house of those who do not share the same values as us, we have improved the quality of our members.

Certainly, there is still much work to progress, and I am sure it will be rewarding for all of us, on many different levels.

Great great thanks to Followers who kept bringing new friends to join the Lotus Family. 2020 was most probably the year, so far, when we had the most new clients. (Please keep them coming!)

My gratitude also goes to Followers who are always at the galleries, helping us to speak to fellow clients, encouraging them, sharing your knowledge and recommendations. We see a lot of new clients progressing fast, through your help, and the weekly Modules that Gerard's team conducted spectacularly.

A lot of weekly operations were also taken up by Sir Yip and Pook's teams. The LIVEs, the bigger virtual celebrations. We come together to reach to more people, opening our doors in a different way.

And so, our Fellowship, while we can be close-knit, we are always open to expand the Lotus Family.

I thank YOU once again, and I hope that through these start-of-year reflections, you are once again filled with grander dreams and aspirations.

So, what's in store for us in this 2021 Metal-Ox year 辛丑年?

 

It has been a while since I blogged, if you don't count my rather long Facebook posts...time after lockdown has been super intense, and the achievements we unlocked (gaming lingo) unimaginable and magical. All the awards, the Great Wall of China fengshui art exhibition...it's really not something that can be attained by copying others. Imitation is soulless. So are the words of imitators, hollow.

 

The leap of Lotus on Water in 2020 Metal-Rat year 庚子年 is beyond exponential, it's fueled and propelled by years of solid work and a passionate spirit. Luxury requires a passionate spirit. Our future and fortune require a passionate spirit.

 

 

Our blessings require a genuine and passionate spirit.

 

But I digressed.

 

2021's January flew by just like that. The first time in many years that I did not conduct annual fengshui talk for large groups. But gave me and my people a chance to speak to clients one-to-one, and understood more intimately their aspirations and concerns for this year. Of course, we were also busy with post Winter Solstice celebrations, and catching up with Great Wall exhibition.

 

 

So, what's in store for us in this 2021 Metal-Ox year 辛丑年?

 

Last year, we predicted that 2020 Metal-Rat year 庚子年 was going to be a "watershed year" (http://bit.ly/3tTEhgd). My urge to Lotus clients was: "2020 can be a very challenging year. But it can also be the one that 'serves you a new hand of cards' -- a watershed year, and you determine where your river shall flow." 

 

 

I am glad that many of my beloved clients chose victory and prosperity, despite knowing the difficulties that lay ahead. And even gladder to know that they have done surprisingly and spectacularly well, despite the treacherous "weather". 

 

Victory and prosperity truly belong to those who choose to believe, choose to be associated with the best and authentic, and take action.

 

 

2021 Metal-Ox year 辛丑年, it's going to be a glorious year. It is going to be a year full of grand opportunities, especially for my clients in Singapore. It is going to be a year when the world's richest and most powerful gather in Singapore, set up homes and bases.

 

It is also going to be a year of never-before intense competition. Those who thrived in 2020, the survivors, would go all out to capture these deals, these opportunities.

 

 

Question is, would you be able to capture them?

 

Hardly have we advised clients to lie low, wait, be fatalistic...not even in 2020.

 

2021 is really the time to bring out the big guns. Time to be geared up with your Imperial White Inkstone, time to hang your Master Yun fengshui painting, time to be equipped with your sandalwood and agarwood left and right, time to secure your benefactors with your mountains...time to go big.

 

 

Time to GO BIG. Time to WIN.

 

We might have passed the Start of Spring 立春, and that in itself makes it even more important and urgent to revisit what we haven't done, and get it done already. Your home and office fengshui, your personal luck...we see many new clients buying their Lotus Heaven and Earth jadeite rings, their agarwood, right after their first Lotus jadeite pendant, very very happy for them! Very happy that they chose to be their very best!

 

 

If you ask: if I have to choose, what should I focus on?

 

For the house, I say: Mountain, Painting, White Inkstone.

 

For yourself, I say: Lotus Rings, Agarwood, Sandalwood.

 

We have highlighted the powers of each of these collections on many occasions. Of course, it's best for you to possess them all. They work together, forming a web of prosperity and elegance.

 

Still, now is the time to check what you have, and what's the next one you can go for. And as you would have already known, that would depend on what's still available too. Speak to us.

关公的忠义

 如果你认为关羽只是明代小说《三国演义》中的虚构人物，我一点也不感到惊讶。这部巨作曾改编为多部连续剧和电动游戏，例如：Playstation的《真·三国无双8》。
 
关羽跟小说中的主要人物一样广受欢迎，原因在于他那独特的领导风格。网上搜寻“关羽”便会出现一位气宇轩昂，身着绿袍，手持青龙偃月刀的古人。相传这把刀介于18至45公斤，而关公一只手便能很好地驾驭。
 
在华人世界里，关羽是极少备受尊崇的历史人物。从人们给他的尊称便能看出一二：关老爷、关公和关帝。
 
史学家认为关羽的影响力已经超越孔子。在中国的三大宗教——儒释道中，孔子只在儒教中被神格化，但关羽却得到三教的共同崇拜。关羽在儒教中是“圣人”，在道教中是“关圣帝君”，而在佛教中是“伽蓝菩萨”。
 
关羽除了有文化意义，他也是很多行业的守护神。铁匠、演员、黑帮、警察，无不拜祭关公，连商人也不例外。关公还是中国的四大财神之一。
 
关公到底为什么受到警察、匪徒、帝王、百姓，佛教徒和道教徒的崇拜呢？追根究底就是关公的忠义！
 
关公对忠义的坚持是受人崇拜的关键。古代帝王尤其重视臣子的忠诚之心，故认为关公对君主的尊敬和服从值得人们效仿。而对于百姓而言，关公是义薄云天的代表，大家应该学习。

风水中的玉彩螺

玉彩螺或斑彩螺(ammonites)向来被认为是极好的化石，其中保存的物种还可以通过岩石层的年龄，推测其生存的地质时期。这些化石有螺旋形和非螺旋形两种，但大多属螺旋形。非螺旋形也称为异形体。玉彩螺一般属于一亿年以上的化石。
 
玉彩螺这个名称取其螺旋形之意，外观近似公羊角的盘绕纹路。古罗马作家老普林尼(Pliny the Elder)将动物化石称为“阿蒙之角”(ammonis cornua)，因为埃及神话中的阿蒙有一对羊角。
 
在风水中，玉彩螺有提高能量的功能，还能将负能量转换为正能量。除此之外，玉彩螺也是一个积累正能量的容器！
 
跟许多旺财馆的客人一样，我是在脸书上看到广告后，才联系上旺财馆。当时心中是既兴奋又存在着疑虑。
 
2015年9月，我亲自到旺财馆咨询后，便决定放手一搏，踏上旺财之路。当下就请购我的第一枚旺财翡翠——吉祥级翡翠玉彩螺（五行金）。
 
我当时是小学教师，事业正面临重大抉择；父亲又疑似二度中风而入院。几场脑部手术后，父亲不幸地陷入植物人的状态。
