云大师的暹粒之旅｜Master Yun's Siem Reap journey

今日抵达暹粒（柬埔柬）。

八年前我到过暹粒为马绍尔的別墅看风水。

当时拜访了附近的一家孤儿院。自此年年都给他们汇钱买米。

当年的小孩长高了，也该是时候拜访。

蔡佳祺先生与孩子蔡恆熙一同前来，也想看看孩子们。

王子殿下知晓后，从金边过来相见。感谢殿下恩慈。

Today we arrive Siem Reap.

I came to Siem Reap eight years ago to feng shui Marcel's house.

And I got to know of an orphanage nearby. Since then I have been sending money buying them rice every year.

They must have grown much taller.

It's time for me to pay them a visit.

Mr Nigel Chua and his son Isaac join me because they would like to see the children too.

Prince Tesso Sisowath is very kind to fly in from Phnom Penh to join us.

我们都住在马绍尔的别墅里。
We are all staying in Marcel bungalow tonight.

下午拜访了孤儿院。

In the evening, we visited the orphanage, Snadai Khmer.

校长，萌崇傳子女士，日本藉，把一生都贡献了给这些柬埔寨孤儿。

而且，把小孩们都教育得又快乐，又有教养。饭菜卫生修理傢俱自己做。会柬埔寨语，英语与日语。

The principal, Measu Hiroko, from Japan, gives her life to these Cambodian children.
And they were brought up to be polite and happy. They make their own food, clean up the place, repair the furniture. They speak and write Khmer, English and Japanese.

八年前的小孩都快中学毕业了，有些己上大学。

The children I met eight years ago are graduating from high school, some are going to the university.

蔡佳祺先生比较宠疼小孩，巧克力与可乐都是他买的。
我给他们多添几碟肉。
Nigel Chua knows how to pamper children, the coke and chocolates are from him.
I added more meat dishes for their dinner tonight.

男的叫伯都（法国贵族），及其夫人，雪乐。他们是法国藉。雪乐的父亲文生，是我法国好友马绍尔的老朋友。
The man is Boudoin and his wife is Charlotte. They are french. The father of Charlotte is Vincent. Who is a old friend of my good friend Marcel Bertaud.

二十多年前，马绍尔初到暹粒。无意中与巴咏寺庙结缘。巴咏在吴哥区内。

当时，住持病重，危在旦夕。寺庙向来把附近的贫困小孩儿（近四十个），聚起来，教育他们读书识字。

住持一去，小孩儿肯定停学。

马绍尔赶紧为孩子们设立了一所私人学堂。

两个月之后，住持圆寂。

巴咏学校成立。

More than twenty years ago Marcel came to Siem Reap and get to know of a monastery at Bayon. Bayon is at the Angkor.

The head monk was very ill and dying. The monastery has been teaching some 38 to 40 poor children from around and gave them education.

Marcel decided to build a school for the children so that their education will not be broken.

Two months later, the head monk passed away.

Bayon school was started.

巴咏学校成立。

马绍尔一直以来从朋友们当中筹钱。巴咏学校的学生人数，课程种类与名望，日渐上升。

二十年来，现在巴咏学校不只有间小学，还有中学与专业烘培学校。

Marcel has been raising money from friends to fund the school. And the school has grown. In students number, in its curriculum and its popularity.

Now The Bayon has a primary school, a secondary school and a pastry school.

专为女生设一间专业烘焙学校的原因是，当地人尚不愿意女儿接受太多教育。

可是如果没有良好的教育，女孩子的出路太少，便可能流离失所，甚至得卖身糊口。

所以，烘焙学校只接受女学生，让她们将来有机会在酒店，餐厅与咖啡座找到一份像样的工作。

The reason to build a pastry school, only for the girls, is because the society still do not believe in giving much education to girls.

But without education, girls will be left with little alternative, might be thrown out to the streets, or even become prostitutes.

The pastries school only accept girls so that they may have the option in finding a job in hotels, cafeterias and restaurants.

马绍尔的老朋友文生曾经为学校出钱出力。如今回返法国退休养老。女儿，雪乐与伯都结婚。俩人都有优秀的工作岗位与待遇,以及无可限量的前景。

可是他们却申请了一年的假期，带着初生的孩子，远到暹粒，服务于教育。

马绍尔带我与他们相会。

Vincent (friend of Marcel who started and built Bayun together), is now retired in France. His daughter, Charlotte is married to Boudoin, a french noble family. They have a good job and a wonder prospect.

But they took one year leave. They brought along their new young children to Siem Reap. They offer their service to help build this school.

Marcel brought me to visit them.
